Basque Tapas Summer Supper Club


Come and join us on Friday 19th August to experience a taste of the Basque Country, taking culinary inspiration from areas of Spain such as San Sebastian & Bilbao, where our chef Inaki is from.

Served sharing style, you will enjoy an 8-course Tapas feast (designed by Inaki & our Head Chef Michael) whilst listening to live music, all enjoyed al fresco on our wonderful terrace overlooking the Crimple Valley.

- Chorizo Picante Pintxos - cooked in red wine & honey served on crusty bread
- Salt Cod Fritters with Tartare Sauce & Confit Lemon
- Pan Fried Padron Peppers with Smoked Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Romesco Sauce
- Prawns Pil Pil - Peeled Tiger Prawns Sautéed in Garlic & Chilli sauce
- Spanish Omelette with Aioli - served with a traditional Basque gooey centre
- Patatas Bravas - Sautéed Potatoes with Paprika Sauce and Aioli
- Chargrilled Secretto Iberico Pork with Piquillo Peppers & Green Mojo Sauce
- For Dessert:
- Creme Catalan with Orange Zest & Fennel Pollen
